Our Supporters

We are grateful for the long history of partnership and sponsorship of High Country RSVP by Colorado Mountain College.

We are primarily funded by the Corporation for National Service, and are one of nearly 800 RSVP programs supported and funded by Senior Corps. There are thousands of RSVP volunteers nationwide who are making significant differences in their communities by volunteering millions of volunteer hours.

We are also supported by Garfield County, the City of Rifle ,Wells Fargo Bank, Williams Energy and the City of Glenwood Springs, the Town of Carbondale, and the Town of Parachute. Additionally, we are fortunate to have many private funders and contributors who support our efforts!

RSVP numbers are impressive:

There are over 325 men and women volunteers in Garfield County with 95,000 hours of service donated in one year, 39 years of dedicated service total.

But sometimes, the real story can get lost in the big numbers. For us, the number that best represents the value of RSVP is ONE.

  • One person taking the time out of their busy schedule to help a neighbor.
  • One volunteer making history interesting to a museum visitor.
  • One senior making a blanket for a sick child.
  • One gift of the heart at a time!

RSVP is the bridge between Seniors, their experiences and community needs!
